Attorney Fees in Turkey

It’s worth mentioning before we start. The following fees are determined according to the minimum fee schedule. Lawyers in Turkey may charge higher fees.

1.For legal aid:

*Verbal consultation at the office (first one hour) 675 Turkish lira (37.5 €) 405 Turkish lira (22.5 €) for each hour after the first hour.

*Oral consultation at the destination upon request is 400 Turkish lira for the first hour, 695 Turkish lira for every hour after the first hour.

*Consultancy service for written transactions is 1.405 Turkish lira for the first hour, 635 Turkish lira for each subsequent hour.

* Preparation of petitions, notices, warnings, protests, 1,030 Turkish liras.

1. a) Preparation of lease agreement and similar 1,350 Turkish lira.
2. b) Preparation of statutes, regulations, inheritance contracts, wills, foundation deed and similar documents 4.100 Turkish liras.
3. c) Preparation of articles of incorporation, merger and acquisition of companies and similar commercial works, 2,065 Turkish lira.

2.For legal assistance in business follow-up:

* 1.030.00 Turkish lira for the follow-up of works such as documenting a situation, collecting the money at the payment stage or issuing a copy of a document.

* 1,700.00 Turkish lira for works carried out for purposes such as the birth, determination, registration, transfer, modification, termination or protection of a right.

*405.00 for each legal aid given to banks, financial institutions and the like, who work with permanent contracts due to transactions defined as the birth and termination of a right, including transactions such as mortgage establishment and release.

*7,615.00 Turkish lira for the approval of the articles of association of the legal entity merchants, obtaining the licenses and privileges related to the work of these merchants, their transfer and the acceptance of Turkish citizenship.

* 3.400.00 Turkish lira for the works followed in tax reconciliation commissions.
